Reservations require 1/3 deposit of total including 5% Maryland Tax and 4% County Room Tax for full week or more. 1/2 deposit of total for less than full week reservations.
Balance on rentals due in cash , certified check , traveler's check , money order or credit card (we accept all major credit cards). Personal checks may be sent for balance 30 days prior to check-in date.
In the event of transfer or cancellation, there will be a 15% service charge. If the unit is not re-rented for that period, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
A $40.00 non-refundable administration fee will be added to all lodging agreements.
Guests to provide bed linens for beds, towels, paper products, shampoos and soaps. Telephone service is not provided in all units.
Most pools are open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Absolutely NO PETS permitted on premises on all units.
All rentals are on a weekly basis in prime season. We offer Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday rentals.
We offer weekly rentals starting Saturday as well as Sunday. Ask about our 4 month winter rental rate.
Most of the units are open for inspection from January 15th through May 1st.
Check-in is between 2PM and 5PM. Check-out is by 10AM.
Please make arrangements with the office if you will be arriving after 5PM.
A security deposit or key deposit is required.
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your initial payment.
